Blue Fire Grill’s big city chic, ultra contemporary dining approach features individual tables, booths and a community table to seat 250 in the 9,400 SF dining and bar areas. A central display kitchen “sells the sizzle” along with a sushi bar and a towering wine rack featuring over 200 different wines. Lobster, lamb, Cajun catfish, prime filets all temp the pallet after cosmopolitan appetizers, soups and salads.
