The new $37,000,000.00 Florida State University Wellness Center is a multi-departmental facility of approximately 150,000 GSF. Located on a very tight site; the six story facility consists of fitness rooms, a hydrotherapy pool, athletic training support, classrooms, a 260 seat auditorium, extensive clinical offices and exam rooms, administrative support functions, and X-ray and Radiology laboratories.
