Fringe Benefits Management Company

This 50,000 square foot, two-story office building for Fringe Benefits Management Company (FBMC) is constructed with pre-engineered metal building system with brick/precast cladding envelope. Architecturally the challenge was to design a building utilizing the most economical means of construction while delivering an up to date facility for the company's new location.
