EMI was engaged by Boston architects Goody Clancy to lead and facilitate the complete Furnishings, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) scope for the new facility. Our team managed the selection, coordination, procurement, and installation of all furnishings and equipment supporting classrooms, offices, student areas, and specialized instructional spaces. Working closely with the College and Goody Clancy’s design team, EMI ensured every item aligned with the architectural vision, met accessibility requirements, and integrated seamlessly with building infrastructure. We prepared detailed specifications and bid packages, evaluated proposals, and supported the Owner through vendor selection and purchasing. From delivery coordination to final installation review, EMI oversaw every step to ensure high-quality execution and full readiness for occupancy.
